Daily/Weekly Inspiration: This is about making self-care a regular part of your life. So, when you are looking for inspiration, not sure what else to do, you can check-in daily for inspiration, self-care prompts, affirmations, meditations and reflections to keep you engaged and focused on your journey.
Challenges & Workshops: Let’s keep self-care fun and fresh with challenges from time to time! Maybe we focus on water and meditation, commit to trying a new seasonal vegetable, focus on a skin care routine, or get 8 hours of sleep…in any case we can play with different ways to give #goddessvibes.
And monthly workshops covering one of the 9 Pillars of Wellness, which are open to the public, but complimentary for members of the Collective. Explore topics like ‘The Secret to Getting and Keeping Results, being ‘Confident & Unstoppable’, ‘Mastering Consistency’, ‘Getting Unstuck’, the “Goddess Reset’ and so much more!
Community Support: Have you noticed you just don’t have as much in common with your friends and family any more? You have nothing but love for them, but can recognize that you are growing and healing faster than most people. You’ve learned how to enjoy your own company, but would love to connect with a supportive community of like-minded women who are all on their own self-care journey.

The Collective is open 24/7 to ask questions, share what’s working, meet new people! You don’t have to wait for your 1:1 session, or the class to start to ask the questions you need or connect with the women who are going in the same direction you are. The Collective is community. Community is not scheduled.

Why Join?
