The Only Diet I Recommend
The only diet I recommend.
Have you ever heard of an elimination diet?
It is the most powerful diet in the world to improve your relationship with your body and with food.
It’s not about restriction for the sake of getting skinny.
This is about creating clarity.
Many of us live comfortably in discomfort.
We’ve become so accustomed to anxiety, headaches, gas, bloating, constipation, and other issues that they feel normal.
But imagine living in a body that feels amazing.
The elimination diet offers that experience.
It is a chance to discover how incredible your body is designed to feel.
The foods that once caused discomfort become easy to pass up because they’re no longer worth the price of taking you out of comfort and peace with your body.
What Is an Elimination Diet?
The elimination diet involves removing common trigger foods for a period of time to reset your body.
It’s a diagnostic tool for learning which foods work well for your body and which don’t.
Traditional elimination diets typically remove:
Gluten
Dairy
Soy
Processed foods
Alcohol
More intensive eliminations may also include:
Eggs
Corn
Citrus fruits
Nightshade vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, peppers)
Pork
Seafood
The goal is to avoid these foods for at least four weeks.
Why?
It takes about 30 days for your body to stop producing the antibodies triggered by food sensitivities.
By the end of 30 days, your system is “clean,” and you’ll feel better.
No inflammation, bloating, discomfort, or gastrointestinal issues.
Reintroducing Foods
After the elimination phase, reintroduce foods one at a time, waiting 48 hours between each new food to observe your body’s reaction.
Pay attention to any symptoms such as:
Skin changes or rashes
Joint pain
Headaches or migraines
Fatigue or difficulty sleeping
Changes in breathing
Bloating or stomach cramps
Changes in bowel habits
If a food triggers a reaction, CONGRATULATIONS—you’ve identified a food sensitivity!
If a food doesn’t cause issues after three days, you can decide whether to keep it in your diet.
This newfound awareness empowers you to make intentional choices about what you eat.
Why Everyone Should Try It
Every adult could benefit from an elimination diet at least once.
It’s a revelation.
You’ll experience just how much processed foods cause inflammation, gastrointestinal and mental health issues.
You’ll fully appreciate how food has been affecting not just your body, but your quality of life.
Before doing an elimination diet, you may not even recognize how “off” you’ve been feeling.
But after 30 days of eating clean, feeling good becomes your new normal.
And when you reintroduce problematic foods, your body’s reaction will be immediate.
Making it so much easier to say goodbye to what isn’t serving you.
With pleasure, removing a relationship that does not add any value to your life.
Have you ever had a crush on someone only to find out they have bad breath or body odor?
It’s pretty easy to walk away, huh? All desire is gone!
The same with food.
This process will eliminate all desire for foods that are not aligned with who you are meant to become.
I experienced this personally during my body building years, 2012 - 2016.
While I don’t have celiac disease, I discovered my body doesn’t tolerate gluten, pasteurized dairy, or soy.
Before the elimination diet, I dismissed my symptoms.
I used to believe that my severe bloating (making me look four months pregnant) was just part of life.
Now, I know better.
And I am enthusiastic about not choosing foods that cause discomfort.
When we are aware we have a choice, we prefer peace, health and comfort in our body.
A New Level of Awareness
The elimination diet isn’t just a tool.
It is a revelation.
It helps us break free from the cycle of discomfort and build a deeper connection with our body.
We’ll find joy in nourishing ourselves and gaining clarity on work for us.
If you’re ready to discover how amazing your body can feel, give the elimination diet a try.
It’s not about deprivation.
It’s about transformation.
The results speak for themselves.
Think you’ll give it a try?
